Boarding room is an optimal solution for business guests who are looking for accommodation for a stay of several weeks. As an ideal starting point, our hotel is conveniently located on the B 516 to the cities of Warstein (12 km), Belecke (6 km) and Soest (14 km). The feeling of feeling a little “at home” for a certain period of time and being able to use the amenities of a hotel is what makes this option for long-term accommodation so interesting. We offer solutions in two variants.

The apartments are equipped like the hotel rooms - but with a fitted kitchen including inventory. The furnishings are of higher quality than in the holiday apartments. The rooms have a bathroom, toilet, cometic mirror, hairdryer, seating area, minibar, room safe, hypoallergenic mattresses - hygienic covers, satellite TV with modern flat screens and a large national / international program selection, radio, IS, free Wi-Fi connection and a balcony or terrace . The apartments are non-smoking rooms! However, it is possible to use the balcony or terrace.
Included to the rental price:
Additional costs such as electricity and water, garbage disposal, use of parking spaces, use of the swimming pool, free use of WiFi, daily preparation of the rooms, 1 x weekly change of linen. Participation in the breakfast buffet

General information / rental conditions
The period of time of the apartment and apartments can be rented individually according to your needs - but at least 30 days minimum booking, as the cheaper price calculation is based on a longer stay. The first 4 weeks will be billed upon arrival to ensure this 4 week minimum booking is guaranteed. After that, the reduced prices apply - depending on the length of stay. This applies to both the holiday apartments and the apartments; If a tenant leaves earlier than the planned stay, a subsequent billing may occur. E.g. A stay of 10 weeks was planned, but in the end only 7 weeks were used. The calculation is not based on the price of “from 8 weeks”, but rather according to the price grading “from 4 weeks to 8 weeks” and therefore on the terms of this period calculation. The long-term rental agreement can be canceled free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. After that, 70% cancellation costs will be charged for the first 3 weeks of minimum booking. During the rental agreement (after 4 weeks), please let us know in good time if you would like to shorten your planned stay. A rental refund (e.g. you have a week's vacation during your stay/you don't use the apartment on the weekend) is not possible. Except: An initial check out followed by another check in after the rental break “pays off” for you. Please remember, however, that the “4 week rule” is again decisive when you move in again. After the initial invoice (4 weeks advance payment), further interim invoices will be issued after approx. 3 - 4 weeks so that the rental costs do not "build up" over several weeks. If these are not paid within 7 days (and any payment reminder), we will end the rental agreement. We define 4 weeks as 30 overnight stays, 8 weeks mean 60 overnight stays. We reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately if we discover that the apartments are being used/treated improperly. We would like to point out that there is no public laundry room (washing machine, drying room) in the hotel. If necessary
